Results

     In the chart the regular apple shows that it is better to have a vitamin on an apple slice than no vitamin.  On the first day Vitamin C had no browning on the apple and was the best vitamin for the experiment.  Vitamin A, D, and E had less browning than the regular apple, but not as much as Vitamin C.  Each vitamin got worse on the second day.
