Procedures
Step 1: Gather all the materials for the experiment
Step 2: Put the cutting board on a flat surface.
Step 3:Take the apple corer and cut the apple
Step 4:Lay out each apple slice on a plate
Step 5:Take the five index cards
Step 6:Label with a sharpie one vitamin for each index card, Vitamin A, C, D, E, and regular apple
Step 7:Place each index card behind an apple slice
Step 8:Use the mortar and pestle to grind up 3 Vitamin C pills until the pills look like a powder
Step 9:Pour the Vitamin C powder on the apple slice to cover the top layer of the apple
Step 10:Cut some Vitamin A pills in half with the scissors then pour the liquid into a measuring cup
Step 11:Pour the liquid on the apple slice until it covers the top layer
Step 12:Repeat the two steps above for Vitamin D and E
Step 13:Take pictures of the apple slices after the vitamins are on
Step 14:Scrape of the powder from the apple slice labeled Vitamin C
Step 15:Take a picture of Vitamin C apple slice without the Vitamin C
Step 16:Look to see which vitamin prevents an apple from browning the most
Step 17:Take pictures of the apples constantly
Step 18:Record data with a laptop or computer
